Job Summary
Develop and implement growth strategies for consumer mortgage origination within the Bethlehem, PA market, including recruiting, sales, marketing, and budget management. Directly manage support staff by planning, evaluating their work, establishing sales targets, and coaching Loan Officers. Execute personal marketing strategies to solicit residential mortgage sales while engaging realtors, developers, and community organizations. Source, analyze, and direct the origination process from application through close, ensuring adherence to all risk management and compliance procedures in a heavily regulated environment. This full-time role requires frequent travel and 5+ years of retail mortgage lending experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or other applicable.
- 5 or more years Retail Mortgage Lending.
- Must be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
Desired Qualifications
- 1 or more years Mortgage Sales Management.
