Requires SAFE registration and adherence to related regulations; LO qualification requirements and ongoing regulatory compliance are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Mortgage Retail Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
- SAFE registration at the time of employment
- NMLS registration process
- Compliance with LO qualifications under Regulation Z
- Ability to lift 20+ pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled

- Documented retail residential mortgage fundings referred from established sources
