Job Summary
Wells Fargo role in Home Lending to solicit residential mortgages, produce quality loans, build relationships with realtors and professionals, stay informed on mortgage industry trends, quote rates/points, analyze financial data to match client needs with loan programs, ensure compliance with SAFE and related regulations, and provide proactive customer communication with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and referrals. Requires 2+ yearsMortgage Retail Sales experience and SAFE registration; strong communication and ability to educate clients on mortgage programs; LO qualifications per Regulation Z; willingness to work nights/weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Mortgage Retail Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
- This SAFE position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment
- LO qualification requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below
- A current credit report will be used to assess financial responsibility and credit fitness
