Job Summary
Licensed Production Associate will assist the Loan Officer in partnering with Realtors, Builders, and other clients to secure mortgage financing. You will monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings, maintain product knowledge, stay up-to-date on market conditions, and comply with applicable mortgage lending laws and regulations. You will communicate with borrowers, processors, operations staff, title companies, and Realtors to expedite the mortgage process; request and follow up on required documentation; disclose and submit loans to the Operations Department with meticulous attention to detail; perform basic income calculations; provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers; meet time-frame goals for closings; work within a database; plan meetings and lunch-ins; market, service, and promote the company’s loan products; and support the Loan Officer in partnering with clients to secure mortgage financing.
Required Qualifications
- NMLS license preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong computer and technology-related skills
- Must be extremely organized
- CRM/Salesforce experience (a plus)
- Professional demeanor
- Self-motivated
