Job Summary
This position involves originating mortgage loans in compliance with company and regulatory policies, recruiting and retaining Loan Officers, and establishing sales goals. Responsibilities include formulating sales strategies, acting as a liaison between Loan Officers and Bank Officers, coordinating training, and participating in industry-related events. Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and public speaking skills, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Loan Officer and a valid NMLS#. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and Adobe Creative Cloud is also required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Loan Officer
- A valid NMLS #
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite in a professional work environment
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Total Expert
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong public speaking skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility as demands and priorities change
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and guidelines effectively
Desired Qualifications
- At least four years' experience with a proven sales record.
