Job Summary
The Mortgage Producing Sales Manager will be responsible for originating mortgage loans in compliance with policies, recruiting and retaining Loan Officers, establishing sales goals, and acting as a liaison between Loan Officers and the bank. The role requires a valid NMLS # and knowledge of CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Loan Officer
- A valid NMLS #
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite in a professional work environment
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Total Expert
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information
Desired Qualifications
- At least four years' experience with a proven sales record
- Ability to communicate well and foster a positive working environment
