Applicants need 1-2 years' experience as a Loan Officer, a valid NMLS #, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems, and strong communication skills. The role requires strong public speaking skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Loan Officer
- A valid NMLS #
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite in a professional work environment
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Total Expert
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Well organized with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong public speaking skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility as demands and priorities change
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and guidelines effectively
