Job Summary
Mortgage Processor III role focused on reviewing and processing mortgage loan applications for completeness and accuracy, coordinating with loan officers, underwriters, and title companies to ensure timely progression, preparing files for underwriting submission, resolving underwriting conditions, maintaining clear borrower and stakeholder communications, and ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance throughout the loan lifecycle. The position requires managing a pipeline to meet SLAs and supporting closing preparation by confirming all conditions are met prior to funding. Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA programs and proficiency with Encompass LOS are required. Colorado pay range is provided with offers determined by skills and experience. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience (or equivalent level III experience)
- Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and/or USDA loan programs
- Proficiency with Encompass (LOS) and related technology
