Job Summary
Process residential real estate loans by interfacing with Loan Officers, Underwriting, vendors, and borrowers while maintaining knowledge of secondary market automated systems. Submit loans for approval via automated underwriting systems, review files for compliance including RESPA and Fair Lending, and assist Loan Officers and Closers with origination and closing. Manage a pipeline of approximately 30+ loans monthly, calculating all income sources and tracking files from application to closing. Respond to customer requests within 24 hours, cross sell Bank products, and utilize encompass to communicate effectively following mortgage playbook requirements. Maintain 92% or higher service scores on file reviews and monthly quality score cards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 1 year mortgage processing experience
- Demonstrated PC literacy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Able to calculate all income sources for all income types such as wage earners, self-employment, retirement and rental income
- Respond to emails, voicemails and all customer requests within 24 hours
- Maintain an average of 92% or higher service score on 5 file reviews completed by your manager each month
- Maintain an average of 92% or higher on monthly file quality score card
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
