Job Summary
Role focuses on responding to customer inquiries and supporting the servicing department by handling liquidation loss claims, evictions and REO disposals, short sale and deed-in-lieu evaluations, property preservation tasks (including inspections and approval of preservation work), and monthly default reporting per investor guidelines. Performs clerical duties such as filing/imaging and provides superior customer service to homeowners, bankers, and vendors. Requires a high school diploma/GED and 2–3 years of relevant loss mitigation/mortgage banking experience with strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to three years related loss mitigation and mortgage banking experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
