Job Summary
Process mortgage loans and manage related operations including loss mitigation plans, workout options, modifications, and servicing transfers. Execute repayment agreements and handle loan processing with acute attention to detail and strong mathematical skills. Resolve exceptions, interpret data, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously while utilizing Microsoft Office tools and Teams. Work five days in the office from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST in Chennai, supporting U.S. Bancorp India's mission to help customers make smarter financial decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- One to Two years of relevant experience in an Operational Activities
- Good understanding of the business and broad office skills
- Experience in Loan Processing, Loss Mitigation (Workout plan, Modification trial, Forbearance plan, Repayment agreement, Servicing transfer, Workout option evaluation), Mortgage, Banking Operations
- Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
- Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and graphics
- Good verbal, grammatical, and written communication skills
- 5 Days in Office
- Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
- Location: Chennai
