Job Summary
Build and strengthen member relationships by identifying unique needs and recommending tailored financial solutions for homeownership. Actively network within the Faribault community to increase Credit Union visibility while promoting mortgage services consistently. Originate and close first and second mortgage loans, assist in educational seminars, and serve as a resource for staff training on compliance and best practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge in mortgage regulations and leverage sales-driven skills to connect with prospective and existing clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- 2+ years of loan officer experience
- 2+ years of real estate experience
- NMLS license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong communication between parties
