Manage a team within Mortgage Originations Business Unit, focusing on the development and execution of compliance-related initiatives. Responsibilities include implementing policies for new regulations, preparing communications for senior management, analyzing Federal and State regulations, managing compliance relationships, and overseeing operational reviews. Requires strong project management, analytical skills, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum seven years’ relevant industry experience
- Two years of compliance experience
- Thorough technical operational risk/compliance knowledge
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum four years’ supervisory / work leadership experience preferred
- Six years’ departmental experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of personal computers, software, and the Internet
