Mortgage Origination Manager

Design and deliver ongoing training sessions to enhance loan officers' product knowledge, sales capabilities, and member service skills. Mentor Loan Originators with hands-on coaching for restructuring loan scenarios, improving deal strategies, and ensuring compliance, clarity, and accuracy in communicating product features and rate information. Lead the mortgage committee for underwriting questions, appraisal review, secondary market exceptions, portfolio recommendations, and builder review. Prepare and elevate files to Senior Management when necessary, while conducting daily file reviews to ensure the accuracy of loans prepared by new hires. Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines. Provide technical solutions in support of electronic services and deliver problem-solving research as needed. Maintain professional communications across all departments to promote synergy.
