As a Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector, you will conduct property inspections, determine occupancy status, photograph and document property condition, deliver door notices, and complete reports using a mobile app. This role requires reliable transportation, a smartphone, and strong time management skills. The position operates as a 1099 independent contractor, offering flexible hours and the potential to earn $20 or more per hour based on the number of inspections completed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle covered by auto insurance

- Ability to obtain a Shield ID
- HUD/Inspector keys (set of 11)
