Job Summary
Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors are responsible for conducting residential property inspections for mortgage lenders. Key duties include verifying property occupancy, assessing general property conditions, and documenting findings through a mobile app. Inspectors are expected to manage their time effectively to complete inspections within a 3-5 day turnaround and maintain consistent communication with inspection managers. A valid driver's license, a vehicle with good gas mileage, and basic office supplies are required. This role operates as a 1099 Independent Contractor with payment based on inspection rates ($15-$20 per hour). Weekly pay is issued for approved inspections.
