Job Summary
Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist responsible for servicing portfolio mortgage loans and loans sold to external investors. Handles payments and payoffs, escrow disbursements for hazard/flood/windstorm insurance, HELOC advances, and modification requests; reviews insurance claim checks up to $5,000; processes PMI terminations and lien releases; images documents into OnBase and Encompass; delivers high-level member service in a call-center environment. Requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking; proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word/DocuSign; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Saturday availability. Based at RBFCU in San Antonio, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of member/customer service experience
- Available to work on Saturdays as needed
- Ability to use phone and automated loan system effectively
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast paced environment
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word and DocuSign
