Job Summary
Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist responsible for servicing portfolio mortgage loans and loans sold to external investors. Essential duties include answering calls/chats/emails related to portfolio loans, processing payments and payoffs, facilitating insurance-disbursement from escrow (hazard, flood, windstorm), processing HELOC advances, handling modification requests, reviewing insurance claim checks up to $5,000, processing termination of Private Mortgage Insurance and escrow removal, releasing liens, and image-document management in OnBase and Encompass. Maintains a high level of member service in a call-center/work-group environment. Must be able to work Saturdays; proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and DocuSign; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of member/customer service experience
- Must be available to work on Saturdays as needed
- Ability to use phone and automated loan system effectively
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast paced environment
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word and DocuSign
