Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Summary
Reconcile multiple GL and DDA accounts daily and monthly, balance loan funding after closings, and book loans to Fiserv or transfer files to sub-servicers. Process daily payments, disbursements, and releases while maintaining escrow accounts through review and setup. Stack, ship, and file loans in the vault; prepare tickets and third-party checks for new loan origination. Service HELOCs and held-for-sale loans, assist customers with sub-servicer questions, and administer the tickler system for document follow-ups. Process monthly MERS reconciliation, research discrepancies, and make collection calls on HELOCs. Complete all required compliance training and adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Complete all required compliance training
- Comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act
- Comply with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position
- Background check
- Drug testing
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- One to two years of math/accounting experience
