Job Summary
Manage mortgage loan servicing tasks including payoff processing, new loan boarding, billing, reconveyances, and error resolutions. Handle escrow servicing duties such as annual analysis, tax and insurance payments, PMI review, and flood monitoring. Process ARM/BALLOON notices, re-amortizations, SCRA tracking, servicing transfers, and repurchase executions. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries while assisting with complex problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with bank regulations and investor policies across multiple portfolio types.
Required Qualifications
- H.S Diploma/GED
- 2-4 years of experience in banking, loan servicing or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Mortgage loans, function/department, regulations, policies and procedures
- Demonstrated advanced math, analytical, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency of computer software including Word, Excel, loan servicing systems and other office equipment
- Ability to trouble shoot and determine best work flow practices
- Ability to work in a service oriented environment with high work volumes and deadlines
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s)
