Job Summary
This position is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans through internal and external referral sources, building and maintaining strong referral relationships, and counseling customers on lending solutions. Key activities include managing the loan pipeline, assisting with recruiting support team members, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in basic Microsoft office applications.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identifier
- 3 years of job-related experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Word - Basic Level
- MS Excel - Basic Level
- MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
Desired Qualifications
- BS or BA degree preferred
- Experience with Easylender, Uni-form and Genesis
