Job Summary
Guide loan officers through the pre-qualification process with confidence and accuracy. Review loan documents to ensure they meet internal guidelines and prepare files for disclosures and underwriting approval. Communicate clearly with brokers, Loan Officers, and internal teams while staying organized to manage a high volume of loans. Learn the ins and outs of mortgage lending from the ground up while working independently to solve problems. One year of loan processing experience is required, along with strong time management skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. This full-time role offers a base salary of $48,000 - $55,000 plus monthly production bonuses at LendSure Mortgage Corp., a wholesale lender providing Non-QM solutions, with benefits including 401(k), health coverage, and flexible PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software

- One year experience in loan processing
