Maintain detailed records of all correspondence, documentation, and file updates. Monitor pipeline reports and manage assigned loan files to meet established service level expectations. Maintain working knowledge of mortgage products, investor requirements, and regulatory changes affecting loan processing. Support continuous process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and member satisfaction.
