Job Summary
As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will assist mortgage loan officers by preparing and processing loan files, counsel on redisclosing the Loan Estimate and delivering the Closing Disclosure to members, verify application data against standards, obtain verifications (employment, rent, payoffs, SSN, 4506T, tax transcripts, flood certifications, homeowners insurance, LDP, SAM), order title commitments and appraisals, facilitate cross-department communication, and engage in needs-based selling. Requires 6 months to 2 years of experience, high school or equivalent education, and strict confidentiality in a full-time role at Beehive FCU in Rexburg, Idaho. DOE pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Six months to two years experience
