Job Summary
Process initial real estate loan applications, order appraisals, credit reports, title insurance, pest inspections, etc. Prepare loan documents using MortgageBot and LaserPro software. Prepare documents for closings, balancing closing numbers with Title Companies and Attorneys. Process final documents after closing. Input loan information into system. Prepare files for transfer to investor. File and perfect liens. Requires accurate, detail-oriented work and ability to interact with customers, management, and co-workers; strong teamwork and independent work capabilities. Full-time position with Cornerstone Bank employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to a high school education; two years’ work experience preferred.
