Job Summary
Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for obtaining and preparing loan documents, credit documents, appraisals, and related materials to complete loan files. This role maintains and updates records and files for processing of each mortgage loan, verifies files for accuracy and completeness, and performs data entry. The processor works closely with Mortgage Loan Officers and Underwriters to ensure guidelines, compliance laws and regulations are met and timely closing of the loan. The position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in Tulsa, Oklahoma and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius.
