Job Summary
Process, administer, and close mortgage and real estate loans by verifying loan documentation, setting up new accounts, and maintaining accurate loan records. Manage the loan pipeline to ensure efficient and compliant flow, collecting customer information, tracking property documentation, and coordinating with underwriters on conditions. Stay current on agency guidelines, internal procedures, and company policies while maintaining strict adherence to regulations such as the Bank Secuity Act and OFAC requirements. Communicate effectively with the Production Sales Team and borrowers to facilitate timely documentation receipt and uphold a professional image.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of prior related experience
- Current knowledge of real estate law and procedure
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Windows-based applications
- Ability to accurately gather and process verbal and written information
- Ability to properly prepare or inspect documents
- Good manual dexterity

- Out-of-town or overnight travel
