Job Summary
Originates FHA/VA and conventional residential mortgage loans while developing business relationships in the assigned area. Responsible for soliciting residential first mortgages and maintaining customer service for clients seeking loans. Develops new business through relationships with realtors and builders. Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, valid driver's license, and the ability to travel for business. Preferred skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Demonstrates financial responsibility, character, and general fitness
- Must have no felony convictions related to fraud or money laundering in the last seven years
Desired Qualifications
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential
- Good calling and presentation skills
- Self-starter, good organization skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good verbal communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours
