Job Summary
Originate residential mortgage loans by developing and maintaining relationships with referral partners and clients; expand business into new geographic markets while representing the company’s lending platform and products; guide borrowers through the loan process from application to closing with a focus on compliance; maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company mortgage lending regulations; leverage an established platform to grow a book of business across additional territories with strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active NMLS license and current state licensing (additional state licenses a plus)
- Minimum 2–3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
- Proven track record of loan origination and pipeline management
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal operations teams
