Job Summary
Provide administrative support to loan officers to facilitate loan origination. Duties include making calls on existing customers, responding to inquiries, preparing adverse notice notifications and related forms/documents, handling tasks as assigned by supervisor, and maintaining confidentiality of bank records and customer information. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Applications and experience processing real estate, consumer, and commercial loans; preferred knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills and a self-starter, dependable attitude to meet specific time constraints are valued.
Required Qualifications
