Job Summary
Mortgage Loan Officer based in our Woodbury corporate office with coverage at smaller branch locations; role includes assisting members with mortgage lending needs, establishing/internal and external relationships, and supporting Sales Manager with development and implementation of sales strategies. Training will occur at Woodbury and North Saint Paul offices. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with potential evenings and weekends. This is a Grade Level 9, Non-Exempt, Full-time, hourly position with benefits. Starting pay ranges from $27.72 to $29.45 per hour plus monthly incentive upon hitting sales targets. Benefits include health/dental insurance, personal leave, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, and retirement.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- Mortgage Loan Originators registration number or willingness to obtain
- Education equivalent to a two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
