Job Summary
Mortgage Loan Officer responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of member relationships, developing connections within the real estate community, interviewing borrowers to assess financing objectives, advising on product pricing and guidelines, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. Must demonstrate knowledge of conventional and government lending practices, maintain exceptional member service, manage a heavy loan pipeline (40+ loans), and exhibit strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years Conventional and FHA-insured real estate lending experience, with knowledge of processing underwriting and/or closing procedures
