Job Summary
Responsible for business development and community relations within assigned territory, enhancing the Bank’s mortgage market share. Engages with community organizations, fulfills CRA obligations, and maintains customer relationships. Provides excellent customer service, educates on mortgage products, and ensures communication throughout the lending process. Requires at least three years of residential lending experience, strong sales and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to compliance and regulatory standards. This is a commission-based full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of residential lending experience
- Expertise in loan processing, underwriting, and closing
- Thorough knowledge of Bank products and services
- Excellent business development, customer service, problem-solving and sales skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong time management skills
- Superior organizational and management skills
- Notary Public license
- Driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work as an active member of a team
- Register and become licensed in the NMLS database
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of the secondary market
- Prior experience in a sales/marketing environment
- Prior experience in retail banking
