Mortgage Loan Officer - Rockingham County

Originate residential mortgage and home equity loans in accordance with bank procedures, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Assist new and existing customers by phone and in person, identifying financing solutions that align with their needs. Review borrower documentation, including income, assets, tax returns, and credit information, to support loan qualification. Manage loan files from application through closing, resolving documentation issues and helping ensure a smooth process. Build and maintain referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and community partners. Promote additional bank products and refer customers to internal partners when appropriate. Participate in business development activities, training programs, and community events. Full-time position in Rockingham County, New Hampshire with negotiable salary plus commissions.
