Job Summary
Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements. Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seek opportunities to retain and develop new clients, and conduct sales calls. Develop and prepare loan solutions, review documentation for compliance, and manage the customer pipeline for efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions and collect financial information for complex borrowers. This role is located in the Greater Orlando area and requires a university degree or equivalent experience, with no visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications

- This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.
