Job Summary
Mortgage Loan Officer responsible for developing and growing a personal loan pipeline by building relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners; meeting with clients in person or virtually to take applications and pre-qualify borrowers; serving as main point of contact through the loan process from application to closing; collaborating with internal teams to support closing; creating and sharing marketing materials to generate leads; attending industry events to expand network; staying informed on mortgage programs, rates, and regulatory updates; and supporting fellow loan officers as a team player.
