Job Summary
Receive daily warm transfers of online customer contacts from the call center and present loanDepot's competitive edge to recommend loan solutions. Evaluate client needs, build rapport, and analyze financial situations to determine the appropriate mortgage product that fits their goals. Educate clients on managing mortgages and debt, then assist them through the process from application to closing. Maintain minimum production standards for originations and fundings while adhering to lending guidelines and mortgage policy.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent mortgage origination experience in a similar direct lending environment REQUIRED
- Must be willing to commute to one of our offices in Scottsdale, AZ or Chandler, AZ
- NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding 5 or more active state licenses REQUIRED
- Proven production of top performance in alike model REQUIRED
