Job Summary
Receive daily high-volume lead transfers from the call center and present loanDepot's competitive edge to clients across the country. Evaluate customer needs, build rapport, and analyze financial situations to determine the appropriate loan product that meets their goals. Educate clients on mortgage and debt management while assisting them through the application to closing process. Maintain minimum production standards including originations and fundings. Commute to one of our offices in Scottsdale, AZ or Chandler, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent mortgage origination experience in a similar direct lending environment
- Must be willing to commute to one of our offices in Scottsdale, AZ or Chandler, AZ
- NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding 5 or more active state licenses
- Proven production of top performance in alike model
- Flexible and adaptable, learns and reacts quickly at a faster than average pace
- Excellent customer service & follow through
