The candidate should have at least one year of experience in loan origination, a strong sales background, and possess an active NMLS#. Required Qualifications
- Active NMLS#
- At least 1-year experience originating VA, FHA, Conventional and VHDA loans
- Proven sales record based on closed loan production
- Currently possess sources of referral business for purchase transactions
- Awareness of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA and VHDA underwriting guidelines
- High degree of personal integrity
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge of Encompass origination software
