Job Summary
Develop and expand referral sources by maintaining regular contact with realtors, builders, and developers at offices, job sites, and trade shows. Collect and analyze applicant financial information to assess qualifications, interview customers, and recommend mortgage terms that align with their specific needs and financial goals. Perform loan origination duties including obtaining credit data, following current loans for compliance, completing paperwork, and communicating with customers throughout the process. Ensure all loan activities and documentation adhere to regulatory compliance standards while cross-promoting other financial products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years Recent residential mortgage lending experience
- 1 or more years Proven ability to develop referral sources from contacts and relationships outside the organization
