Job Summary
Develop and expand referral sources by maintaining regular contact with realtors, builders, and developers through office visits, job site meetings, and industry events. Collect and analyze applicant financial information to assess qualifications, interview customers regarding income, assets, and credit history, and recommend mortgage terms that align with their specific needs. Perform loan origination duties including obtaining credit data, completing paperwork, and following current loans to ensure regulatory compliance while communicating ongoing updates to clients. This full-time, commissioned role is based out of Manahawkin or Barnegat, NJ, with a requirement for NMLS registration.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years Recent residential mortgage lending experience
- 1 or more years Proven ability to develop referral sources from contacts and relationships outside the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Fulton Mortgage Company Associate Mortgage Loan Officer Program
