Job Summary
Mortgage Loan Officer responsible for proactively soliciting residential mortgage business in Florida Gulf Coast East, developing relationships with referral sources, prospecting and closing loans from origination to close, and providing up-to-date loan program information while meeting production goals. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and Realtors, meet with clients at various stages of the loan process, and participate in community efforts to promote homeownership. Requires NMLS license and at least two years of mortgage origination experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of Mortgage origination experience
- NMLS License is required
- Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, adaptability, and customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields is preferred
