Job Summary
Proactively engage Buyer Leads generated by EmpowerHome Lead Generation pillars, scheduling appointments to complete and/or review loan applications. Complete telephone, mail-away, and face-to-face Loan Applications with clients, determining proper program placement and approving disclosures. Price loans and lock rates per company policy, while running automated underwriting systems and reviewing findings. Submit loan files meeting stated turn times and maintain a pipeline of all loans in process to track progress and contractual deadlines. Maintain regular communication with applicants throughout the processing period, assisting with questions and notifying them of required information. This role reports to the Branch Manager and requires meeting or exceeding minimum production requirements. Candidates must have at least one year of loan origination experience, NMLS registration, and Spanish-speaking proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia como Oficial de Préstamos o equivalente en la industria, o historial aceptable a criterio el Gerente de la Sucursal.
- Registro en NMLS requerido.
