Job Summary
Welcome clients and Realtors, manage workflow to ensure timely closings, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge while complying with lending laws. Set up loan files, review borrower documentation for accuracy, and communicate with processors, title companies, and external partners to expedite the mortgage process. Request missing client documents, disclose and submit loans to Operations with attention to detail, and perform income calculations and loan scenarios in Mortgage Coach. Market company loan products via outbound calls to schedule check-up conversations and plan internal meetings. Work within a database to track progress and meet strict time-frame goals.
