Job Summary
Mortgage Loan Documentation Specialist responsible for preparing and reviewing high-value loan documentation for private banking clients, including disclosures per TRID and Reg Z. Collaborates with loan officers and internal teams to gather information, ensures all loan requirements are met in title commitments and other documents, identifies gaps to ensure smooth closings, and manages multiple loan files with deadlines in a team-based environment. On-site role based in Oklahoma City, Plano, or Peoria with in-person training for Plano employees; gain expertise in loan documentation and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality client service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in loan document preparation or mortgage processing prior to closing
- Mortgage or real estate title/escrow operations with direct involvement in preparing loan documents and/or settlement statements
- Real estate agent or transaction/contract coordinator experience with hands-on preparation and management of contracts and/or closing documentation
- Active real estate licenses must be placed in an inactive status upon hire
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office applications and loan documentation systems (LaserPro preferred)
