Job Summary
Mortgage Loan Closer ensures closing documents are accurate and compliant, coordinates with title companies to secure on-time funding, and handles post-closing steps to record and deliver the loan. You’ll review loan documents for completeness, verify data meets secondary-market standards and Homewise policies, upload closing documents to Homewise’s system, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a smooth customer experience on every file.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2-5 years of closing or mortgage operations experience required
- Able to work in-office during core business hours
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
