Job Summary
Provide administrative support for mortgage loan closing activities by reviewing documents, scheduling appointments with title companies, and assisting members with questions. Perform loan closing and underwriting condition audits to ensure pre-closing and closing documents are complete. Facilitate loan funding and ensure executed loans are transferred to the loan servicing area while distributing files to related departments. Requires two years of mortgage experience with closing experience preferred.
