Mortgage Lending Representative (Pennsylvania)

Serve as an additional contact for mortgage loan questions throughout the application and closing process. Update member information on applications, reassess preapproval status, and prepare pre-approval or pre-qualification letters. Maintain regular contact to obtain additional file information and follow up on preliminary documents, including initial and re-disclosure requests, employment verification, and financial documentation. Service members and partners via phone or in person regarding costs, payments, programs, daily rates, and points. Communicate loan terms effectively at closings with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and third-party providers such as attorneys and title companies. Proactively establish and maintain professional relationships with realtors, attorneys, and insurance agents through networking and community involvement. Utilize technology to improve member experiences and maximize efficiencies while recognizing needs to cross-sell appropriate credit union services. Coordinate regular visits to realtor offices to promote relationships.
