Job Summary
River Bank & Trust seeks a Mortgage Lending Officer to provide outstanding service to customers by evaluating their mortgage needs, guiding them through the loan process, and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience in related or equivalent mortgage banking
- Knowledge & understanding of real estate lending criteria
- Compliance with federal/state regulations
- Experience with loan origination and servicing software
