Job Summary
NOFS is seeking a Mortgage Inspector to conduct inspections on residential properties in Carroll County, Indiana. This contract position requires independent work to ensure occupancy status while offering flexible scheduling and pay of $20 to $30 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Drivers License
- Insurance and reliable transportation
- Pass background check to obtain Aspen Grove number
- 6 months in the inspections field or working as a 1099 employee
